Welcome to the "Clinic Visuals" mobile application ("App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, operated by Contrails Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Clinic Visuals App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided in the App without our express written permission.

By using the App, you agree that you will:

- Not use the App to engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functionality of the App.

- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its underlying software.

6. User-Generated Content

If the App allows you to submit, upload, or otherwise contribute content, you agree that:

- We retain ownership of any content you submit.

- You will not submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, is unlawful, or is inappropriate.

- We reserve the right to remove or modify any user-generated content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Contrails Media LLC or its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Contrails Media LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that state to resolve any legal matters arising from these Terms.
